Ways to connect to a Softdrive Machine

You can connect to a Virtual Computer via the Softdrive Dashboard as well as the Softdrive Launcher. This means there are two ways to login to a Softdrive Virtual Machine: 

1) Via the Softdrive App

2) Via the Softdrive Dashboard.

Step 1: Via the Softdrive App

1. Open the Softdrive APP.
2. In the home screen find your computer and hit connect

Step 2: Via the Softdrive Dashboard.

1. Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard https://dashboard.softdrive.co/

   
   

2. Navigate to Computers -> Then, find the computer that you would like to login to.
   
   
   
   

3. Click the blue arrow button on the right side of the page, and you will see a “Connect” dropdown.

   
   

4. That will open up a new dialog in your browser. Note that you can select to always allow this dialog to open the Softdrive Client.
   

*The computer needs to have softdrive app installed for this to work.
